The Board of Health meets the third Wednesday of each month at 3:15 pm at the Tuscarawas County Health Department.
The public is welcome to attend.

Mr. Reginald Stockert
​President
Mr. Reginald Stockert is currently serving as the Board of Health President.  Mr. Stockert is a past president of the Ohio Well Water Association (OWWA) and a life member award recipient. He is Certified by the National Groundwater association in all facets of drilling and boring.  Stockert is a contributing writer for the World Wide Drilling Resource Trade magazine and an East Central Ohio Building Industry Association past President and  Spike Award recipient.  In 1996-1999 Stockert was appointed by Governor George Voinovich to the Private Water System Advisory Council at the Ohio Department of Health.

Mr. Stockert was appointed to the Board of Health in 2013 for 5-year terms as an at-large representative.

Mrs. Becky Mastin, BSN, RN, Vice-President


​Mrs. Becky Mastin was born at Twin City Hospital in Dennison and raised in Gnadenhutten, Ohio.  She graduated from Indian Valley South High School.  Mastin received her nursing degree from Grant Hospital School of Nursing.  She then completed her BSN from The Ohio State University.  Mastin spent fifteen years employed by Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, initially in the intensive care unit before being promoted to supervisor.  Mastin moved to Dover, Ohio in 1989.  She co-owned and operated several area Wendy's restaurants until 2015.  


Mrs. Mastin is appointed to the Board of Health in 2018 for 5-year terms as an at-large representative.

Mr. Michael Cochran

Mr. Michael Cochran is a 1968 graduate of Indian Valley South High School and a 1972 graduate of Kent State University. Cochran earned his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 1975. Mr. Cochran is a retired Tuscarawas County Assistant Prosecutor and currently employed at currently at Stephenson, Stephenson and Carrothers Attorneys at Law in
New Philadelphia, Ohio. Mr. Cochran currently serves on the Tuscarawas County Foundation. 

Mr. Cochran is appointed to the Board of Health in 2007 for a 5-year term as an at-large representative.

Dr. Andrea Tikin- Fanti
Dr. Andrea Fanti was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lived there until her retirement from public education in 1998.  Her husband and her returned to his hometown of Uhrichsville, Ohio.  Fanti has a Ph.D in nutrition and an Ed.D in Education Administration from the University of Akron.  She was the host of the local radio show, Dial and Speak, for 11 years and has served on the Claymont library Board and State Library Board of Ohio.

Dr. Fanti was appointed as the City of Uhrichsville Board of representative in 5-year terms since 1996.

Term Expires: March 2026

Mr. Tweed Vorhees
Mr. Tweed Vorhees is a life-long resident of Dover. Vorhees served as a Dover Councilman for 8 years.  Mr. Vorhees retired in 2014 after 19 years as the City of Dover Director of Public Safety.

​Mr. Vorhees was appointed as the City of Dover Board of Health representative in 5-years terms since 1996.  

Term Expires: March 2027

Mrs. Jeri Middaugh

Mrs. Middaugh was appointed to the Board of Health in 2008 for 5-year terms as an at-large representative.

Dr. Walter W. Randolph III, MS, MD

Dr.  Walter Randolph was born in Fremont, Ohio and is all Ohio educated. He received his BA from Hiram College, MS from Kent State University and his MD from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. He completed his residency in OB/GYN at Aultman Hospital and is Board Certified. He moved to Tuscarawas County in 1999 and is on staff at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital and Trinity Hospital Twin City.
​
Dr. Randolph serves as the Board of Health physician representative.
