This report can be submitted by the individual who was bitten, a healthcare professional, or a veterinarian who is aware of the situation. Please ensure that the report is made within 24 hours of the incident to the Tuscarawas County Health Department. A rabies vaccination certificate is necessary for dogs, cats, and ferrets.
