The Body Art Program inspects and licenses body art facilities in Tuscarawas County and regulates the operations of the body artists in order to protect their customers and the general public, according to Chapter 3701-9 of the Ohio Administratvie Code. The program also assists new business owners in planning their body art operation to ensure that they meet necessary standards. |
