Scheduling lines are open Monday-Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm, and Friday from 8 am ​to 1 pm.

  • Medical care for illnesses and chronic conditions for persons 12 and older (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD, and more)

Amber Dunlap-Ott, CNP

New Patient Appointments Available for Persons 12 & Older
Amber has been dedicated to the nursing profession since 2004, when she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Belmont Technical College. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ohio University in 2012 and later achieved her Master of Science in Nursing from Malone University, becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016.

Her extensive experience spans medical-surgical nursing, family practice, and 18 years in emergency medicine. Originally from Harrisville, Ohio, Amber balanced her college studies with raising her children. She and her husband, Tom, love to travel, cheer for the Cleveland Browns, and cherish moments spent with their family.

​Amber is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve the local community at the health department.
